1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chartinator ("Service") at chartinator.netlify.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Chartinator is an AI-powered platform that generates MetaQuotes Language 5 (MQL5) indicator code for MetaTrader 5 from plain-English descriptions using Anthropic's Claude AI.

Chartinator is not a financial advisory service. Generated indicators are software tools, not financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not circumvent daily usage limits via automated means.
• Do not use the Service to generate malicious or harmful software.
• Do not scrape or systematically extract content at scale.
• Do not share account credentials or create accounts for third parties without authorisation.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform infrastructure.
• Do not violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Your generated code: You retain full ownership of all MQL5 indicator code generated from your prompts. You may use, modify, distribute, or sell it without restriction or royalty.

Our platform: The Chartinator platform, design, interface, and underlying software remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Third-party AI: Generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Use is also subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

6. Payment Terms

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or one-time basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• Lifetime plan: Subject to our 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that AI-generated indicators will perform profitably in live trading. You assume full responsibility for testing generated code before live deployment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartinator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits or trading capital. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or USD $100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for conduct violating these Terms or harmful to other users or the public interest.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
